*Out-of-Network Care: For patients who would like to request out-of-network care services with their insurance company, my practice can provide a Superbill that may be submited to their health insurer to request reimbursement for “out-of-network care”. All patients are responsible for submitting their own Superbills.

ADHD Testing and Diagnostic Evaluations: one 75-minute appointment for $290.
Second Opinion Appointment to Assess Current ADHD Treatment and Medications: one 60-minute appointment for $190.
ADHD Coaching Session: one 60-minute session for $190.
Life Coaching Session: one 60-minute session for $190.
