What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching helps a person with ADHD to identify their external and internal distractions that cause problems with procrastination, poor task completion, poor productivity which can lead to feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

As your ADHD Coach, I will assess your daily schedules, tasks, and current organization. I will help you to identify both external and internal sources of distractions which may be the sources of your procrastination, fueling your feelings of overwhelm, and potential barriers from you being able to be more organized. We will work together to help you prioritize, and create realistic short-term and long-term goals.
As your ADHD Coach, I will help to create feasible tailored techniques and personalized strategies to help motivate, and educate you on how you can help decrease procrastination, and help to increase your time management and overall productivity. I will provide you support and honest feedback as you embark on practicing new techniques, and to help you maintain effective routines.
Ongoing ADHD coaching sessions provide ongoing assessment, support, and provides revision of strategies as needed to help you maintain accountability, long-term personal proficiency, to help faciliate consistent structure.
